More than five decades in the same business

Kazmier & Associates has been a trusted partner in the water and wastewater industry since 1972. We provide professional sales and marketing for the manufacturers we represent, backed by knowledgeable staff and superior technical support.

Our territory managers work from Tennessee and Georgia and cover Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and the Florida Panhandle west of the Apalachicola River. Our own service managers handle startup, service and operator training.

President, Manager of Finance and Administration

Lindsey graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing and joined Kazmier in 2009. She became President in 2022 when the new executive leadership was introduced, and in 2025 took on the additional responsibility for the company's finances and administration.

Alex Tweel

Alex Tweel

Vice President, East Tennessee Territory Manager

Alex holds degrees from Rhodes College and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He manages accounts in central and east Tennessee, joined the executive leadership in 2022, and helps manage the Tennessee office.

Jason Bott

Jason Bott

Vice President, Georgia Territory Manager

Jason graduated from Maryville College in 2008 with a degree in Business Management. He joined Kazmier in 2013, moved to Georgia in 2014, and was introduced as part of the new executive leadership alongside Lindsey and Alex. He manages the Georgia office and covers a portion of Georgia for sales.

West Tennessee Territory Manager

Brandy joined Kazmier in 1999 after attending Kennesaw State University. She spent eight years in inside sales before becoming Territory Manager for western Tennessee, working out of the Manchester office.

Dan Onks

Dan Onks

Alabama & Florida Panhandle Territory Manager

Dan holds a degree in Environmental Science from ETSU. Before joining Kazmier he worked as a Project Manager in the lumber industry; he now manages sales in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.

Wesley Bott

Wesley Bott

Georgia Territory Manager

Wesley joined Kazmier & Associates in 2020 as a Territory Manager for Georgia. He graduated with an electrical engineering degree focused on automated industrial systems and covers the metro Atlanta and southeast Georgia territory.

Patrick Woodall

Patrick Woodall

Georgia Territory Manager

Patrick has more than 31 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. After serving in the US Navy he joined the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management, retiring after 30 years as a director. He co-authored a CMOM technologies book for the Water Environment Federation, has been published in WE&T and Georgia Operator magazines, and has presented papers at WEFTEC, AWWA ACE and GAWP.

Service, operations and inside sales

Factory-trained service managers for startup, repair and operator training, with quotes and order tracking handled from the Knoxville office.

Service Manager

Chapman joined Kazmier & Associates in 2019 after seven years in management with NTB in Knoxville. A graduate of William Blount with a focus in automotive performance and mechanical design, he manages service operations across Tennessee and oversees new growth in the service department.

Mike joined Kazmier in 2019 after 35 years as a Teledyne ISCO representative in Pittsburgh. He provides service management across Georgia.

Inside Sales and Finance Administrator

Madison joined Kazmier in 2015 after graduating from college. She works as Inside Sales and Finance Administrator in the Knoxville office.

A Georgia Tech graduate, Bob joined Kazmier & Associates in 1988 after working as an Environmental Engineer for Georgia Pacific. As President he led the company for many successful years.

Past Vice President, Central and East Tennessee Territory Manager

Tim joined the firm in 1982 after attending DeKalb College in Atlanta. He created and managed the Knoxville, Tennessee office for several decades and oversaw central and east Tennessee sales.

Ron Kazmier

Past CFO, Georgia Territory Manager

Ronald joined the firm in 1974 after attending Georgia State University and returned full time in 1986. Retired since 2015, he spent many years as CFO and as a Territory Manager for Georgia.
